When you arrive at Tails Up, you will be welcomed into our inviting lobby space. The 8,000 square foot indoor facility is climate-controlled and features indoor play area for bad weather, as well as a puppy preschool classroom, a well-stocked kitchen and low stress grooming facilities. Here we will take care of business and catch up on funny “what did they do now” stories. There is also a varied selection of retail items to satisfy the pet products connoisseur. Everything from the practical (leashes, collars, food and treats) to the whimsical (toys, gifts, and décor) is available.

Each guest has a private room with walls, not fencing, glass windows and doors, and furnished with a raised bed and bedding. Fresh water is provided at all times. There are larger rooms for families or bigger dogs and a special area just for small dogs.

The 7,000 square foot outdoor play yards are covered with K9 Grass, a synthetic turf designed specifically for dogs. Each yard has a fun climbing area to provide guests with places to explore or sunbathe after chasing the ball or wrestling with new friends. There are two large yards for the bigger dogs and a separate small dogs only play yard. With our cat boarding, our feline guests enjoy their own space.
