| Peak or seasonal rates may apply. At least 48 hours prior to your pet's arrival for any service at Tails Up Pet Resort, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations. For canines, we require Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella and Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2). For felines, we require FVRCP and Rabies. Please send records to [email protected]. Cats must be spayed/neutered to stay at Tails Up. Unaltered dogs may board at Tails Up and participate in staff play instead of daycare. Standard check-out is 11am. An additional day's charge will apply if your pet is picked up after 11am. | |

| Puppy Preschool | |
| Dogs between the ages of 3 and 6 months old have the opportunity to learn basic manners and social skills in a fun-filled, safe environment. Our program is dedicated to reinforcing important life skills, such as housebreaking, problem-solving, and puppy etiquette. Your pup is sure to make tons of friends in a fun and safe environment during social playgroup sessions designed to build confidence in your canine and teach them how to interact with other dogs. | |

| Dogs over 7 months of age must be spayed/neutered to participate in daycare. Intact dogs over this age may participate in staff play instead of daycare. At least 48 hours prior to your pet's arrival for any service at Tails Up Pet Resort, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your dog is up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella and Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2). Daycare is available 7am - 7pm, seven days a week. If you need to check your dog in or out outside of these hours, a $32 fee will be added (hint: consider boarding to save money!) | |

| Spay/Neuter Requirements | |
| To qualify for dog daycare (group playtime), your dog must pass our evaluation and must be spayed or neutered. Intact male dogs may board with us and receive one-on-one (staff only) playtime. Intact female dogs over seven months old are not permitted at Tails Up. All cats must be spayed/neutered to visit Tails Up. | |

| Medication | |
| We can administer oral or topical medications for your pet, but not injections. Colorado State Law requires Prescription Medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear written directions and reason for use. | |
